Group has installed a replacement chiller plant for the Royal Bank
of Scotland’s call centre at Chatham Maritime, Kent. The
installation was carried out by the Icel team utilising composite
carrier chiller units; the majority of the works were carried out
during weekends to minimise disruption.
Ivan Delnevo, Technical Customer Service Manager at RBS says, “We selected the replacement units in order to reduce the power usage previously experienced with the old installation. Their efficiency has led to reduced running costs, an improved carbon footprint and therefore a greener profile for the site.”
