Terrys Fabrics Increase Online Presence With Expansion of Network
Terrys Fabrics, a leading online
and homewares retailer have announced the expansion of their
online presence, launching three additional websites to help
drive online sales. The additional group sites will slowly
build a sub-brand supporting the healthy growth in sales the
Terrys Fabrics website has seen over the last year.
The three new websites are set to retail in specific homeware niches, with Blinds, Curtains and Curtain poles being targeted in the short term. However, longer-term, the possibility of a large network of sites supporting the core site is not out of the question.
The project, which has been many months in the planning is expected to launch the first site in October 2009, with the other 2 sites set to launch soon after. The launch of the new sites are set to capture traffic in the build up to the Christmas period, traditionally the busiest time of year for the homewares / interior design industry.
However, it is Christmas 2010 when the company expects the additional sites to pay dividends, after the online marketing channels have had a chance to mature, despite the peak season which is just beginning in 2009.
