BRITANNIA Cleans Up In The Kitchen
Britannia Kitchen Ventilation Ltd (www.kitchen-ventilation.co.uk)
the leading kitchen ventilation specialist, announce the launch of
Ecostream, an advanced filtration unit to provide final air cleaning
after a UV canopy, removing any remaining airborne pollutants.
Designed primarily for use downstream of a UV canopy, the unit provides four stages of filtration, including HEPA and refillable carbon elements to remove any remaining odours, smoke and ozone.
Ecostream can also be used to provide grease and odour removal from conventional kitchen ventilation systems, where a full UV canopy would not be suitable.
Britannia’s sales director, Peter Taylor says: “Following many years experience of UV installations, we designed Ecostream to provide final air polishing, giving the best possible solution with the minimum of cost”
Filter life is indicated with large differential pressure gauges clearly advising when maintenance is required. All filter elements are available ex-stock from Britannia, as well as maintenance contracts.
Several units can be grouped together to handle higher extract volumes, and are either floor mounted or suspended from the roof structure.
